What should I do if I have opened a match but all the fields for the incoming record are Blank?

When reviewing your system matches it may occur that some matches have blank data for the pending record, the main cause of this is that the record is no longer valid and is out of scope of the input view. If you do not believe this to be the case it is worth attempting to refresh your Directory Manager session by completing the following step:

  • Hold down Ctrl and ⇧ Shift and then press R

If this has been done but the data still does not load, please pass this information along to the team who can check to ensure the match is still valid.
