What should I do if a user has come through with a different EmployeeID?

Occasionally, a user may appear with a different EmployeeID when critical personnel data has been modified and the record has been reassessed by Directory Manager. In most cases, Directory Manager handles this change silently. However, if you notice multiple records appearing as ‘new’ pending transactions due to Directory Manager not recognizing their relationships with existing accounts, it may be necessary to review and adjust your configuration settings to address this issue.
