How do I log a ticket for support with BDS Solutions?

To log a ticket for support, please do the following;

  1. Send an email to bdsservicedesk@bds-solutions.co.uk
  2. In your email, please include;
    • The name of your NHS Trust
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Any relevant examples to help clarify the problem
    • The number of users affected
    • An outline of any steps you’ve already taken to attempt issue resolution
