How can I reactivate a revoked Personal Digital Identity (PDI)?
To reactive a revoked PDI, do the following;
- InĀ the left menu, click “Digital Directory”
- Make sure the checkbox “Include revoked” is ticked
- In the search box, enter the PDI number or name of the person you wish to un-revoke
- Click the PDI number in the results to go into the PDI profile page
- At the bottom of the PDI profile page, click the “Approve” button. This will re-activate the PDI
